Perfectly located off the world famous county road 30A is a newly acquired poolside home with breathtaking features including luxurious decor, an abundance of outdoor seating, and packed with all the comforts of home. This two-story home is found in a quiet neighborhood with direct access to the hustle and bustle of 30A. The outdoor features of this home are large decks, outdoor shower, cozy seating, outdoor dining area with grill, and a porch overlooking the community pool prompts guests to stay outside as much as possible. Equally enticing, the interior design and decorations, with an open-concept kitchen, cozy living space, unique hardwood flooring, and five bedrooms provide the perfect place to unwind in a place that feels like home. When you are ready to explore the area, leave the car keys at home and take one of the included bicycles to a chic shop, local favorite restaurant, or the sugary sand beach. From this home, you will have plenty of options to explore and find your personal favorites! Beach access points are within a five minute walk or if you are looking to hang poolside you will be steps away from the crystal clear water.

The Space
Walking to Sunny Day you will immediately notice the well manicured for foliage and property, and surrounding properties. Just to the side of the house is where the outdoor shower is located, making for an easy after beach cleaning. On the front deck houses plenty of seating to soak in the afternoon sun or dry off before heading indoors.
Once you step through the door you will be greeted by the spacious dining and kitchen area. Scan the room and notice all the intricate details from the beautiful chandelier over the large dining room table which seats eight to the intentionally selected art and decor. The granite island offers additional bar seating as needed. The kitchen space is filled with all the necessary stainless steel appliances, cooking, and dinnerware. Enjoy your morning coffee from either the drip style or Keurig style coffee maker in the cozy nook seating area just off the kitchen. Like the rest of this house, you can open all the blinds and enjoy the natural southern sun. Next to the dining space is the living room which offers three separate couches, a large television, and leads directly to the back patio. The space is perfect for a family movie, gamenight, or a glass of wine to unpack your memory filled day. Adjacent to the living room is the only downstairs bedroom. This room features a queen sized bed, plenty of closet and drawer space, as well as a mounted television. This room shares a short hallway with the downstairs full size bathroom. The bathroom has a vibrant white tiled bath and shower combo. Right outside the living room is the grill and patio area. This is a covered space with a raised deck and offers plenty of seating including an outdoor table. This is a perfect spot to have lunch while the kids are at the pool which can be seen from this seating area. The upper level of the home can be accessed by the stairs near the living room.
As you head upstairs you will surely notice the beautifully contrasted white stairs with the dark hardwood flooring, as well the shiplap lined walls. At the landing of the stairs is where you will find the stacked washer and dryer for your families convenience. The bunk room can be found nestled between two barn style doors. This extravagant room features four built-in bunk beds, which offer underbed storage and each bed comes with its own television. If you walk through this room you will land in a back hallway that connects to a room and shared bathroom. The bedroom offers a queen sized bed, a chair to enjoy your morning cup of coffee in, a television, and plenty of closet space. This room also has direct access to the upstairs deck. The shared bathroom can be accessed by two bedrooms. The shared bathroom has been thoughtfully designed from the granite his and her vanity sinks, separate toilet and shower space, which is behind a pocket door, you will have plenty of space to meet your group’s needs. The second bedroom on the other side of the bathroom has a king sized bed, mounted television, plenty of storage space, and direct access to the upstairs deck. This deck is large with plenty of seating to host the family and makes for a great place to watch from while the kids play at the pool. Exiting the bedroom you will arrive at the landing of the stairs and directly across from the master suite.
The master suite offers an abundance of space with complementing chairs, dresser, and bedside tables. The room is suited with a comfortable king size bed across from a large television.This large room feels like a hotel suite with its luxurious design and all the comforts of home. This space offers a private deck provided with a cafe style table and chairs. This is the perfect spot for a cup of coffee and a good book. The spacious bathroom features a granite topped dual sink vanity, underneath a large mirror. Be sure to enjoy the large bathtub which is independent of the Roman-style tiled shower.
