Summary: Problems with the unit: 1) The toilet backs up continuously. Even is just urine, from day one. 2) The bathroom sink faucet is clogged and sprays all over the place. 3) The cover on the light in the ceiling fan is missing 4) some drawers are off tracks 5) dishes were greasy 6) The pots and pans are very disorganized 7) We were never told about cards for hot tubes. We had to drive down to figure it out. 8) The couch is not fit to sleep on!! 9) The ancient stove should be replaced. Burners crooked 10) kitchen utensils should be looked over. Some broken. I had a place in the Summit for thirty-five years. I still enjoyed my stay. these are things you might want to consider!
