Completely remodeled as of February 2024, this cozy house with mountain views from every single window is a showstopper for the ideal Vail getaway! Take off your boots at the bench, hang your coat in the built-in rack, and come on in. Within walking distance to Cascade Village, this home is all ready to welcome guests eager to take in a fresh mountain home - especially if it's from a private hot tub! The firepit is perfect for when you'd rather take in the mountain view outside, as is the private gas grill (because who doesn't like grilling with a view?).
After a day on the slopes, the wood fireplace will keep everyone warm. Enjoy mountain views from every window of the inviting living spaces, completely updated for greater comfort and convenience. There are new light fixtures throughout the home, all-new paint and carpet, and new trim and window coverings, with the addition of modern wall texture and LED lights. The expansive full kitchen now boasts a full slab of granite throughout and brand-new appliances. Bedrooms feature new mattresses and every bathroom has also been updated as well. Stylish, new decor can be found within the home. For casual entertainment, there are six TVs to use.
The bedrooms of this home are all spread out and sport custom closets, so guests can take their pick based on how much privacy they'd prefer. The extroverts of the group should head downstairs from the front door - there are three bedrooms on this floor, each with lovely neighborhood views. The first bedroom features extra seating, a mounted TV, and a handsome wood dresser for guest use. Next door, the second bedroom features extra seating and lovely nature-themed art. The third bedroom also features unique art and is perfect for multiple guests who want a sleepover-style setup. For folks who don't mind being close to the main floor, head up two flights of stairs to the fourth bedroom of the home which features a multi-window view of the neighborhood and surrounding mountains. Guests can head up the stairs again to the fifth and final bedroom of the house. This comfy room features a mounted TV. Altogether, the home has three completely remodeled full baths, as one bath was recently updated with a large walk-in shower. There is also one powder bath on the living room floor.
