This home is the ideal get-away - located steps from the Sand Hill (Froggy) Pool and the Western Lake Pedestrian Bridge with its quick access to the Watercolor Beach Club and the sparkling water and crystal sands of the Gulf. 128 Needlerush is 3,274 square feet featuring four king bedrooms - three of which have private ensuite bathrooms. The home's layout and appointments make it the perfect retreat for 2-3 families vacationing together or a multi-generational reunion. A golf-cart with seating for 6 facilitates outings to Seaside or shopping for all your guests.
The first floor includes a large, open, and luxuriously appointed living area that unites the kitchen and dining area with a gracious front porch. The living area includes plenty of seating for movie nights and a large dining table that seats ten plus additional seating for four at the kitchen island. The upscale kitchen includes a Wolf range and plenty of space for families to prepare meals together. The primary suite with king bed is also on the first floor and has a luxurious marble bathroom complete with multi-jet shower. Finishing out the first floor is an oversize laundry/mud-room that includes an enclosed shower and plenty of room for post-beach transitioning.
The second floor has 2 additional bedrooms and a playful bunk room that sleeps four. Both additional bedrooms are furnished with king-size beds, vaulted ceilings, and en suite baths - one of which connects to the hall.
