Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: This location is within walking distance to premium restaurants, lovely park, downtown shopping. The property is immaculate, the staff is friendly and helpful. The attendant-curated breakfasts were varied and mostly delicious. I did not care for the sausage patties, but there were bacon days and breakfast sandwich days that were good. Children and adults will find plenty to satisfy that warm breakfast vibe. As it was snowing during my stay, the pool was closed, but it had a very nice surround that would be inviting on a hot day. The conference facilities were briefly viewed and appeared to be overall adequate. There is an actual laundry are for guests, again clean. Although a bit pricey for me, I felt the quality of the stay exceeded the rate concern.

Negative: As previously stated, I did not care for the sausage at breakfast. The television viewing choices were a bit confusing and not really satisfactory. I also did not ask for help with that, so part of that may have been "operator error". Otherwise, no complaints.

Summary: I was very pleased with the quality, friendliness and cleanliness of this property.
