A shady rose garden and bench is a quiet place to escape. Relax and read a book on the waterfront dock and deck.

AREA: This exquisite home is tucked away in a residential neighborhood located at the center of every beach, community, downtown party and event. An easy 5-15 minute walk to everywhere. The Community Center with all its activities down the street. The Olympic size pool, slides, kiddie pools, playground and band shell is on the waterfront and it is a wonderful way to spend the day. Soo many activities to enjoy while the boats glide by on the breeze. The Historic Corey Ave. with all its quaint little shops, deli's, restaurants and bars and weekly fresh markets, craft fairs and concerts in the park is across from the Community Center. There are a number of (18 and growing) restaurants, bars, beaches and activities in the immediate area.

Work will be done Monday to Friday 9-5 on garage
Boat dock from 7am to 7pm Monday to Saturday.
Both jobs will only take 2-3 weeks.

BEACHES: There are two beaches within an 1/2 mile to mile walking or riding distance, Sunset Beach is the best for bands and food and free beach chairs. Upham Beach is good for families. The Beach Trolley will get you there and back and if you prefer to enjoy a few drinks on the beach, there are two FREE Beach Taxi services available. They work for tips.
There is beautifully landscaped tropical park next door to our house and a private beach area in low tides. We hope you like fishing, because you can catch your dinner nightly from our dock and grill it in the outdoor area.
