This remodeled manufactured home is clean and comfortable. A perfect location if you're looking to fish. The pass and Shell Island are just a 20 min boat ride away. If you're working at Tyndall AFB the main gate is 3 miles down hwy 98. This is a family friendly area which consists of many other short terms homes that make up East Bay Fishing Village. We have our own boat dock with slips, sandy beach, picnic area, kayaks and paddle boards. This 3/2 split plan home has a large eat in kitchen, with new appliances as well as a in unit washer and dryer. Plenty of parking for boats, trailers and cars in front or along the side of the house. We also have over flow available if needed. The Village has other units available for larger family gatherings. Major grocery stores and really good restaurants are just a few miles away. Some are walking distance. Pier 98 marina has all your fishing needs including pontoon rental and charters. Come check out all that our Fishing Village has to offer
