Summary: We enjoyed the stay. We love the location on Thomas Drive and Sterling Beach is nice with plenty of parking onsite. As many have said the unit shows a good deal of wear- paint, carpet, tile, furniture etc. It truly didnt bother us much though. We had a group of 5 kids and were able to let them play. Everyone loved the pool table. With 4 br 4ba its great for large family. Windows, kitchen, bathrooms, bedrooms were very clean except for an issue with the shower heads that was corrected the morning after checkin. The fridge in the 4th br did not work. This was a big deal because it was mentioned in 2024 reviews but still not fixed. It was replaced with a brand new one on our 3 or4th day. The ice maker on main fridge seems to work periodically and doesnt make much ice but cools great. Kitchen has basics but thats about it. And minimal starter supplies but no different than a lot of rentals nowdays. The view was great. Lots of windows and a nice corner balcony. Beds were comfy, nothing fancy but no complaints. With it being an end unit you have a large corner outside of unit to keep beach toys. Ours stayed there and was never bothered. But be careful not to block the closet that's there, it would violate fire code- since my son and i are both facilities mgrs we know that but most wouldnt. The grounds are very well kept. Pool is large and heavily monitored. Good little grill area with 3 propane grills. Would stay again!!! But still waiting for my deposit return- said would b 2wks
