Summertime fun with 3 kayaks and 1 paddleboard included, proximity to Kingdom Trails and other wonderful biking and hiking areas. Wintertime base for Nordic and alpine skiing (Craftsbury, Jay Peak, Burke Mtn.), and access to VAST trails. Unbeatable fall foliage. This home has it all!
