The first floor also includes a queen bedroom and en suite, another full bathroom, an office work space and the first of two laundry rooms. The second floor offers the large open kitchen, living and dining area for family dinners, balcony to enjoy morning coffee or evening sunset watching. There is also a guest bedroom with a queen bed and another guest bedroom with two queen beds, as well as, one full bath and one half bath. The third floor brings you to the beautiful cozy King master with a private ensuite with exquisite high end finishes and a private balcony over looking the emerald green water of the Gulf! Further down the hall on this floor is a Wet Bar area with a wine cooler, a second laundry room and two more bedrooms - One bedroom with a Twin over king bunk and one with two more queen beds, and another full bathroom. In total, this unit can comfortably sleep up to 17 guests.
