This freshly updated cottage maintains all its original charm and is situated in the highly desirable Beverly Hills neighborhood on a beautiful, walkable street.
This is my personal home and it's being rented fully furnished while I travel. With it being my personal home, you enjoy all the luxuries of well-loved home, including a fully outfitted kitchen, comfortable beds, linen and high-thread-count bedding and modern conveniences like a gas fireplace and HVAC and a fast charging port for an electric vehicle. The house includes a smart TV, several comfortable lounging spots, a beautiful dining room. Washer and dryer are in the basement which is clean and cemented, so feel free to bring your bikes, paddle boards or any other adventure gear.
Everyone loves this neighborhood for its convenience and quaintness. It's tucked away by a golf course and is safe, quiet and family friendly. It's 5 minutes from Whole Foods and The Whale Outpost, 5 minutes from the Blue Ridge Parkway and other hiking trails, 10 minutes from downtown and RAD, and less than 15 mins from West Asheville. If you need any recommendations while in Asheville, I'm happy to provide a list of my favorite spots!
