Play Therapy is located in the heart of Seaside on scenic 30A with spectacular ocean views and just steps away from a private beach pavilion providing beach access. This spacious 3 bedroom, 3 bath home has plenty to offer. Entering through the double glass doors, you will find yourself in the large open dining room and living room. Off to your right are the well equipped kitchen and washer and dryer. Passing through the spacious living area, and a big flat screen T.V you will find the first of three bedrooms with a king bed and private bath. Head upstairs to a large loft area with a daybed and desk alcove, a full size futon for you to take a nap after your busy day at the beach, and French doors leading out to the deck offering spectacular views and plenty of seating to enjoy the sunshine. Additionally on the second floor you will find a queen bedroom, full hallway bath and a king bedroom with private bath. Venture up to the 3rd floor tower and enjoy the amazing gulf and town views and multiple doors that you can open to the warm ocean breeze.
