The first floor includes a fully equipped kitchen and dining area with incredible views of the beach. A sectional sofa provides comfortable seating and it pulls out into a bed for sleeping. Down the hall a queen bedroom and full bath are available.
On the second floor there is a king master bedroom and bathroom with an additional sleeper. There are also king and queen additional bedrooms. A deck provides gulf views from the master and the additional king room. The other queen room overlooks the pool area.
The third floor has a queen bed, a twin/full bunk bed, and even a trundle bed. Included in this suite is a full bathroom, kitchenette, and priceless wrap around balcony with the most amazing gulf views you can imagine. What a place to watch the Sandestin Resort fireworks
Down on the lower bonus level, accessible from outside the house only, there is a fun-filled area to be had. Sleeping quarters consist of two bedrooms. Room 1 with a Queen and a Double/Double Bunk bed and room two with two sets of Double over Double bunk beds. This area also includes a full bath, wet bar kitchenette, and game area with ping pong and fooseball. Sure to be a hit when you want to get out of the sun for a bit.
