This stunning home is one of our favorite's.
Approach the home in our lovely and quiet neighborhood, Coral Ridge Isles. When you arrive you will have a large driveway that fits easily up to 4 cars, and you have an additional car garage. Please beware that there is no on-street parking allowed.
As soon as you walked through the door you will find the spacious living area designed with all of your needs in mind. These spaces was stylishly designed to allow our guest to make unforgettable moments. The Living area is open and filled with large windows with plenty of natural light and views of the amazing backyard and lovely front yard. The Living area is made up of the dining space with a large table to sit 8 guests, a pool area to hang out with your loved ones, and a large TV and lounge area equipped with a 75" smart TV with Wi-Fi, comfortable sofas, and a lovely designed. From the living area you can make your way to the large kitchen which is equipped with everything you can think of to bring out your inner chef and cook all sorts of meals using our new and top of the line appliances. From the kitchen you can access the garage and the beautiful Den which can serve as an additional hang out area, a private work-space, or it can be turned into an additional room if needed.
If you walk to the other-side of the home you will find all of our rooms and sleeping quarters. First lets start with the lovely and spacious master bedroom. This bedroom has a plush King size bed with luxurious linen and comforters to enjoy a great night sleep. The room has large windows facing the waterfront canal and large doors that will take you to the pool area. The room has a reading nook area to relax and unwind, a Smart TV to keep you entertained, and a walk-in closet to keep your belongings tidy. The room also features a beautiful en-suite bathroom with full privacy.
The 2nd Room
The 2nd room is large and equipped with a lovely king size bed and matching linen and comforters. The room has a chic earthy and bohemian style. A closet to keep your belongings out of sight and a Smart TV to keep you entertained at night.
The 3rd Room
This room has been made to sort out different sleeping arrangements. The room has 2 full size beds that are comfortable and perfect for a great night sleep. A large closet and Smart TV.
The Backyard
Yes we saved the best for last. Our lovely backyard has been designed to make sure you have everything you need to share amazing moments with loved ones. A really nice heated pool facing our waterfront canal. It also has a comfortable sit-down area under a roof to enjoy and unwind even during Florida's famous rains, or to cool off during a hotter days. A large dining table to enjoy a meal outside if you like to, a TV to enjoy streaming services while soaking in the pool, hanging chairs to enjoy and unwind, and lounge chairs to soak up Florida's infamous sun.
