This luxury tropical beauty offers everything you need for a perfect Pensacola getaway. This stylish charming bungalow built in 1938 is the prefect location to explore downtown Pensacola and the beach! I put my heart into this one and I'm so excited to have my second airbnb. I have a guest book on the counter full of restaurant recommendations, things to do and my favorite things.
This home provides basic spices, olive oil, tin foil and saran wrap, K-Cup and Coffeemate Creamer, cooking and baking essentials, make-up towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, all beach gear (including Turkish beach towels, 4 beach chairs, coolers and umbrella), Hotel Collection linens, Casper mattresses and pillows, hair dryers, Iron, extra blankets and hangers. A bonus is we have a record player! I'm currently working on my collection. (There is a record store on 12th Ave located in JitterBug Cafe). I really try to think of it all. If there is something I have missed, I am happy to provide. Looking forward to hosting you!
The train is near so be aware that it may be present. Also, if you have a low profile car, I recommend parking on the street, as the driveway has a bit of a dip from the curb. It will scrape the underside of your bumper. The house directly next door is the 309 Punk House. It's a non-profit art studio and housing for artists to stay and play while they are in Pensacola. Everyone is super friendly over there! Trash day is Wednesday is you need the cans emptied.
