Its location is mid-way down the beautiful Estero Island, your tropical paradise that still maintains its small island charm, and yet away from the hustle and bustle of Times Square. Beach access is just a hop across Estero Boulevard. This portion of the beach offers a 7-mile stretch of white, sugar sand beach providing a place for daytime beach activities, and to view the endless variety of evening sunsets. One of the island's largest supermarkets and an upscale bistro on the bay are just a short car ride away. Trolley service along the boulevard is available to transport you to Times Square, with all of its restaurants, clubs, and night life. Amenities include the heated pool with spill-over spa, tiki bar, ceiling fans throughout, all linens and towels, complimentary WiFi and private laundry facilities.

Adjacent to the kitchen is the dining area with a table seating six, and sliding glass doors leading out to an open and furnished deck with gas BBQ grill overlooking the back yard and pool area. The dining area flows into the living area, furnished with a sleeper-sofa with end tables, matching loveseat, coffee table on an area rug, another loveseat and opposite the seating area is a credenza above which is a wall-mounted large flat screen TV. The living area then flows into a guest section with a separate sitting room with a sofa and wall-mounted flat screen TV, then continues on into a full laundry room with washer, dryer and laundry sink with counter space. Sliding glass doors from here lead out to an open deck with table seating four, and stairs leading down into the backyard and pool area. Adjacent to this is a guest bedroom with queen-size bed, night stand and lamp and wall-mounted flat screen TV. The en suite bath has a single-piece vanity with lavatory and storage space beneath, commode and walk-in shower.
