It is located in the heart of Baton Rouge and is walking distance to LSU. It has an open and spacious floor plan and boasts updated appliances. The kitchens are fully equipped with all appliances and utensils. It also includes 3 washer and dryer facilities, air conditioning and heat. It is fully furnished with linens, cookware, housewares, etc. NO DOGS ALLOWED without permission before booking!
The space
3 Bed 2 bath home. Sleeps 6. Master bedroom with king bed and 1 bath are on the first floor and 2 queen beds and 1 bath are on the second floor. Kitchen is fully updated and opens into the dining room. There is a separate living room with a queen size fold out couch with sheet & pillows provided. The main AC was completely replaced, so your stay will be very comfortable!
The 2 side by side 1br/1ba studio apartments have full kitchen, large bathrooms, and separate laundry machines inside the unit.
Keypad available for self check-in after 4 p.m.
Checkout at 10 a.m.
