SUMMIT #304A - 3 BEDROOM, 2 BATH - BEDDING: MASTER BR King, BR #2 Queen, and BR #3 2 XLong Twins. Total renovation in 2023! This 3rd floor Summit condo has million dollar sunset views! Everything is new from top to bottom including kitchen cabinets, appliances, leathered granite, baths, flooring, lighting, window coverings and more. The primary (king) and guest bedrooms (queen and XLong twins) are comfortably appointed with new mattresses, which comfortably accommodate 6 adults. Bathrooms have tile showers and glass doors. A sectional and swivel chairs create a comfortable place to relax in front of the floating fireplace with slate surround. Dining for six with 3 additional bar stools are available at the counter. The kitchen is well stocked with small appliances and plenty of dishes and glassware. There is a 55” Smart TV in the living room and a 42" Smart TV in the MBR as well as a 28" w/ Fire Stick in the 2nd bedroom. Ski and snowboard storage is located inside the front door and outside in the common area. Condo is close to the stairs to the village, and steps from the shuttle route. Community Fire Pit with paved walking path. Stack washer/dryer. Large deck with Western Sunsets and Mountain Views.

Summit is located across the road from the Rimfire Lodge and below the General Parking Lot. Snowshoe Mountain is made up of three distinct areas with trail options ranging from manicured groomers to challenging steeps, bumps, and glades. Summary: Recently remodeled condo that was very clean and well provisioned. Many stairs up to village so be prepared or consider dropping off family if not up to stair climb. Would definitely stay here again.
