This Sea Pines home is perfect for large families and friends, or ideal for two-three families. There is plenty of room to lounge among three common areas along with tranquil golf views, a large sunny pool, and a deck area.
The exceptionally large, bright living room has a large flat-screen TV and plenty of room for everyone. No step entry from the driveway into the first floor where the master bedroom, one twin bedroom, living room, dining room, kitchen and Carolina sunroom are located. Plus, the attached guest house has a TV area for 6-8 and there's a separate Carolina room for those wanting to read a book while others watch TV. The kitchen is sunlit and well equipped and has two sink areas. North Sea Pines 70 comfortably sleeps 14 guests in six spacious bedrooms (2 Kings, 2 Queens, 2 Twins, plus one bunk bedroom for young children under 10).

Summary: Perfect location for a family beach vacation. Sleeps plenty of people. We got early check in which was greatly appreciated. The furniture looks like it was all picked up from Goodwill...and that's how it smelled too. A very annoying amount of leaves on the roof which constantly blew or fell into the pool. Overall this was one of those "get what you pay for" deals. I would stay here again for a budget frielndly family vacation.
