Summary: The staff at this hotel were absolutely amazing and super friendly, the room was in poor condition (ceiling paint falling, floor was filthy, left my feet black walking on them and air conditioning couldn’t keep up, door did not lock which in turn did not make me feel safe) due to your wonderful staff that would be my only reason for returning
