This newly built elevated 2 bedroom home offers the luxury of new construction coupled with spectacular open water ocean views. In addition, you’ll have access to the wonderful on-site amenities offered at Venture Out Resort: a heated 80-foot pool with large Jacuzzi and Kiddie Pool, tennis courts, basketball court, bocce courts, swimming lagoon, marina and convenience market with fuel on-site and two double wide boat ramps, Recreation Center with billiards, darts, and ping pong, post office and a library. Venture Out Resort enjoys 24 Hour Patrolled Security.
THE HOME…
Marvel at the endless ocean vistas of SWORDFISH SANCTUARY from every window of the open living area and through the sliding glass door that opens to the spacious patio. The living room features a large flat screen TV and plenty of comfortable seating options for the whole group. The fully equipped kitchen features all the appliances and tools you’ll need to prepare meals from home. Dine indoors using the dining table that seats up to six or grab a quick bite at the kitchen island that seats two. Dine outdoors on the sunny patio using the outdoor dining table that seats up to four. You’ll also be able to bring your boat to dock on the 35' concrete seawall equipped with dock posts, cleats, fish cleaning table & swim ladder.

Venture Out guests are required to submit additional paperwork in advance of arrival, which Last Key will collect and coordinate within the week of your arrival.
