The Terrace #1 is a Holmes Beach vacation rental where every level of the townhouse has its own outdoor access, and the free Anna Maria Island trolley stops less than one block away in either direction. Hop on in either direction to explore the full length of the island without a car.
The shared heated pool area has a pergola and multiple seating areas surrounded by native tropical plantings — the right setup for afternoons that don't need the beach to be complete. The pool deck has enough space to spread out comfortably for a group of six.
