Summary: The pictures in the listing do not do this house justice….this house is stellar! This was an annual trip with my sister and we were both so impressed. The house was spotless and had a fresh smell. Check in was seamless and communication with the owner was prompt and thoughtful.Our beds were comfortable and we appreciated that each had its own bathroom. The kitchen is well stocked and even included some snacks and some farm fresh eggs. We brought food and ate all of our meals at the house except for one lunch at the owner’s farm- to-table restaurant, nearby. The only item we could have used was a toaster or toaster oven at breakfast. Not a big deal.We arranged for a farm tour our first morning there and enjoyed so much helping feed the piglets and learning some of the history of the farm. This farm is near several towns and we had a blast exploring what the area had to offer. Our favorite spot was the front porch with rockers and a swing. Drinking our coffee in the cool morning air and then enjoying the sunset in the evenings just couldn’t be beat!I would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting the area. I have stayed in many rental houses in different states and the Farmhouse is one of my favorites.
