These 4 quaint authentic (built in 1940's)Key West style tiny cottages are cozy and very clean with 'Old Florida' charm, were completely renovated in 2014. The saltwater pool, heated jacuzzi, outdoor bar/grills are shared between the 4 cottages.Total of 4 grills on the property. The back yard is a very large fenced area (5000 sq. ft.) You won't have ANY screaming kids around this pool...just peace and quiet. Each cottage has a very small fenced back yard and screened porch. The tiny cottage sleeps 2 adults comfortably. Quiet, dog friendly neighborhood. Plenty of parking on the compound. Bikes and beach gear (2 chairs, 2 bikes, beach buggy) provided for each cottage. You can walk to the beach, dining, shopping and water activities. ONLY 2 PEOPLE PER COTTAGE ONLY.
The world-famous John's Pass Village and Boardwalk is a stroll away gives you an oasis from the ordinary. This cozy fishing village has tempting restaurants and unusual shopping. You will find quaint shops that offer antiques, arts, crafts, clothing and jewelry.
Starting 2023, January is a minimum of 2 weeks or longer rental. February & March are 1 month or longer.
YOU CAN BRING A SMALL DOGGY (25 LBS MAX) THE PET FEE IS $150 PER DOG AND CERTAIN BREEDS ARE NOT ALLOWED.
A 6 seater electric beach cart available to rent. It is street legal.
