The Glendell is a great home base for up to 5 guests. Our home is located in the South end of Asheville, in an area called Arden. The house features 3 bedrooms, one and a half bath, a comfortable living room that opens into the kitchen and a spacious den for games and family time around the Roku TV. Within minutes, you can access Asheville's best outdoor amenities, shopping and dining.
You will arrive at our home and quaint mid-century neighborhood and park in our shady driveway with space for 2 cars in the driveway. Our comfortable living room features a gas fireplace and comfortable seating. The living room opens to the kitchen where you’ll find all of the cooking utensils and dining ware you’ll need to cook and enjoy all of your meals. The kitchen opens to the dining area, where you’ll find a pantry and a closet with laundry machines. On the other side of the kitchen, there is a bonus living space with a TV (with Roku), X-Box, an additional bar-height table with seating for 4 and a shelf full of games and books for the entire family to enjoy.
As you follow the hallway, the first bedroom on the right features a full-sized bed and closet. The 2nd bedroom on the right features a large desk and chair, a twin bed and a dresser that can double as a changing station, and a good-sized closet. On the left side of the hallway, you’ll find a full bath with a tub & shower. The Primary bedroom is the 2nd door on the left and you’ll find a comfortable Queen bed, a large closet, a large dresser, a Smart TV with access to streaming channels and an attached half bath.
Guests have access to our large backyard with outdoor furniture and a chiminea fire pit. Bring your own firewood and lawn games and enjoy the spacious area out back. Or, relax and enjoy the fresh mountain air with a cup of coffee on the deck in the morning.
The Glendell is a fantastic value and ideal for guests that enjoy a quiet neighborhood with convenient access to the airport, shopping, dining, outdoor adventures and the Blue Ridge Parkway. Our place is quaint, comfortable and impeccably clean.
