Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway in Bloody Point on Daufuskie Island. (Please be advised that you can only reach Daufuskie Island by boat; you cannot drive here. Water transportation must be arranged to reach this carriage house.)
You are renting the cozy Lillypad Carriage House with Queen bed, one bath and kitchenette, with balcony overlooking water and expansive park view. You are sure to see deer, birds, herons, egrets and alligators!
This a very peaceful and quiet location.
The beach is a three-minute cart ride away!
Your stay will include an electric golf cart (no gas carts allowed in Bloody Point).
The space you're renting is the Carriage House above the garage so you must be able to climb stairs. There is a queen bed, sitting room and kitchenette all in one space (studio setup). The full bath has a shower, toilet and one sink. You will also have balcony access from the Carriage House.
The kitchenette includes a small sink, fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster, keurig and combination air fryer/toaster oven. You will also have access to the grill (attached to home propane tank) on the south side of the main house.
It is possible there could be someone staying in the main house during your stay (but not likely). The only shared space would be the grill area and driveway.
Keep in mind, there are alligators in the pond!! We do not own the pond so no walking along the bank, fishing, swimming or wading allowed. THE POND IS FOR VIEWING ONLY.
