We welcome bachelor, bachelorette, birthday, graduation, and more celebrations for people visiting Nashville. We do however have a no-party policy which is mainly directed at locals trying to advantage of hosts' homes. VRBO and Nashville guidelines allow 12-person maximum occupancy at any time. Having more than 12 people in the home will put you in direct violation of that policy. Occupancy violations can lead to fines and the cancelation of bookings.

We are in the South Ya’ll. Due to the climate, there are bugs here. You may see bugs while you are out and about in the city, around the building, and every once in a blue moon, one of these critters makes its way inside the home. Unfortunately, it’s unavoidable. We appreciate your understanding.
