On our first trip to Oxford in the spring, we fell in love with this quaint, amazing town and we were enamored by the abundant tulips lining the Square! That is how we came to name our home “The Oxford Tulip”!

- We are pleased to offer concierge services - we will shop for your groceries, spirits, and/or flowers and leave the home stocked for your arrival - additional fees apply!
- We have left a welcome book packed full of restaurant recommendations, things to do, where to park or shuttle for games, etc!

- PET FREE PROPERTY - Per the signed Rental Agreement, any violation of the NO PET policy will result in immediate eviction, plus additional cleaning charges. Emotional Support Animals are not required to be allowed by law in vacation rentals.
- "The Oxford Tulip" is professionally cleaned and sanitized in between each guest – book with confidence!
- This is a 2-story home and stairs are required to reach two guest bedroom suites and laundry. A bedroom suite and all living areas are on the 1st floor.
- Our home has a doorbell camera. This camera will record video when activated by motion and will be on during your stay and guests must not cover up a camera.

***CANCELLATION POLICY: Oxford Vacation Rentals does not allow cancellations for football games, concerts, Double Decker, or Ole Miss Graduation. For all other dates, we have a 60 day cancellation policy***

RULES
- Minimum Age: "The Oxford Tulip" requires a minimum of one adult over the age of 25 be staying at the property throughout the rental term.
- All reservations include a mandatory rental agreement to finalize your reservation that will be sent to your email for easy electronic signature.
- Every reservation includes an accidental damage waiver – should any accidental damage occur during your stay, simply notify us as soon as you can and provide a photo. We will file the damage waiver and replace/repair before the next rental guests arrive!
- We offer optional travel insurance to protect your vacation investment – this will include trip cancellations and delays, medical conditions, and much more.
- Balance of payment is due 60 days prior to the arrival date.
- Check-in begins at 4:00 PM and check-out is by 10:00 AM – We do not allow early arrivals as we are busy cleaning and sanitizing the property for your stay. Should we finish early, we will automatically notify you. We do offer early arrival or late check out for an additional fee – please check with us for availability.
- No smoking/vaping/drugs/firearms allowed in our home.

Oxford University Transit (OUT) – Red North Line – Highland Square (8-22 on the Red North Route) will take you to both the Oxford Square and Ole Miss Student Union

*Departure instructions – We don't believe in long chore lists for our guests! All we ask is that our guests remove all trash and food and start the dishwasher with any remaining dishes. This small list allows our professional housekeeping team to clean and sanitize the home during our short rental turn in time for our next guests. We appreciate you!
