The first floor includes a Living Area with a Kitchenette, Laundry Room, Half Bathroom and two Bedrooms. The first Bedroom includes 2 Queen/Queen Bunk Beds with a Private En-suite. The second Bedroom has a King/King Bunk and a Queen/Queen Bunk featuring Beach Views, Walkout Balcony and a Private En-suite. The Living Area opens up to the Private Beachfront Pool and Furnished Pool Deck Area. The Pool Deck features Sun Loungers, Kamado Joe Charcoal Grill, & Cornhole. Also located on the 1st floor is a Luxury Indoor Elevator that makes navigating this large home completely seamless!
Going up to the second floor, you'll find the Main Living, Kitchen, and Dining Area. The Living Area opens up to a Walkout Balcony with Stunning Beach Views. This floor is home to a King Room with a Private En-suite and across the hall is another bedroom with a Queen Bed and Private En-suite. Also located on the 2nd floor is a Half Bathroom.
The 3rd floor features three Bedrooms and the second Laundry Room with another Washer/Dryer set. One of the Bedrooms on the streetside is a King Room with its own Private En-suite. Across the hall, still on the streetside, is another bedroom featuring a Queen/Queen Bunk Room with a Private En-suite. Down the hallway towards the beachside of the home, you'll find the King Master Suite with a Private En-suite and Walkout Balcony with endless Beach Views.
We've made sure you'll never be bored here! The 4th and final floor features a spacious Loft Area with a Fully Equipped Wet Bar and plenty of Recreational Amenities such as a Foosball Table, Pool Table, Card Table and Shuffleboard Game. Going towards the beachside of the home, you'll find the last Bedroom with 3 Queen/Queen Bunks plus a comfy Sitting Room, Shared En-suite with Walk-in Shower and Large Soaking Tub, and a Walkout Balcony with unobstructed Ocean Views.
A FEW THINGS TO MAKE NOTE OF:
There is an indoor elevator equipped in this home to help quickly and conveniently navigate between floors. This is very helpful for anyone that may have a difficult time with making the track up each flight of stairs.
Your pool is heated! We aren't talking about hot-tub style temperature or anything, it has the ability to heat up to 85 degrees. However, this feature is something our team must activate for you, so be sure to let us know ahead of time if you feel you're going to need it during you stay.
This home has direct beach access through a private boardwalk!
