Only .3 miles from the St. George Island Lighthouse! That's an approx. 5-minute walk, 2-minute car ride or 1 minute bike ride! Glory Be is perfect for couples or small groups. This 2 bedroom, 2 bath upstairs condo is for those who desire the simple, downtown life. Located below this condo is the Jolly Roger Beach Shop for all your souvenirs, sunscreen, bait & tackle & more; next door is Harry A's (Under new management!) for your breakfast, lunch or dinner; next to Harry A's is the famous "Blue Store", aka the Piggly Wiggly Express grocery store. You have all you need for your vacation at your footsteps! A great location for our fly-in guests who get shuttled to the island. You can rent a golf cart below or walk to your favorite SGI hotspots- no car needed!
You have your own rear private entrance and parking.
Upon walking up the steps to the condo, arrive to a newly built deck -great for sunning, sitting with a cold drink or stargazing at night. At the corner of the deck is a beautiful view of the Apalachicola Bay. The inside of the condo is clean & tranquil. Glory Be has a full kitchen with refrigerator, stove, dishwasher & microwave. The kitchen is fully stocked with a Keurig, standard coffee maker, bakeware, measuring cups, pots and pans & more. There is a bathroom located off the kitchen (Sink/Shower). The living room has comfy seating and a flat screen. The 2nd bathroom is located in bedroom #2 and has a tub/shower combo with sink. Both bedrooms have Queen size beds and TV.s. , the property has been repainted throughout with many new furniture items , free Wi-Fi!
The outdoor deck has a table that seats 4 and additional 2 chairs and a coffee table. Golf cart or other rentals available for a discount. Please inquire. This condo will be clean upon arrival with towel and bed linens in place. Full size washer & dryer located in closet inside master bedroom as pictured. We are local and attentive to this condo. Professional pest control at this condo monthly. We are available when needed, just ask! If you would like to set up an appointment to tour the condo, we would love to get you in for a visit in between guests.
