Summary: The amount of space in this house is Amazing. The setup is fantastic and condusive for larger or smaller family gatherings, depending on your needs. The location to the beach is superb as you are practically on the beach. The decks are gigantic. The parking is unbelievable and it's all in the shade, so your car doesn't have to be roasted by the sun. My only real issue was that the garbage pails in a Both kitchens were filled with garbage when we checked in and those areas that held the garbage cans had looked like they were not cleaned in some time. This can be easily corrected with a cleaning service. The throw rug in the living room is dated and worn looking and could be replaced BUT overall, the space, and the house, the location and the communication was top notch! Also the air conditioning was really spectacular, which is very important for that location. . I will absolutely be renting this again for future gatherings. 5 Stars for sure! ng was also amazing..
