Summary: The home was very nice. There was a small smell in the master bath, as if the home had not been occupied in a while but nothing that couldn’t be remedied with cleaning products and some air freshener. The shower curtains needed to be thrown in the washer and was good as slightly new once they were properly cleansed. Some of the bedding also had to be thrown in the washer due to some stains. There were some items left behind in the closets and cabinets, no doubt from the previous occupants. The floors were slightly worn with minor scratches and scraps on the walls, but all in all, the home worked for my crew.
