Positive: Condo was as described. Beach access worked well for daily trip to set up our . Area accommodated our group with ease. Would utilize this condo in the future.

Negative: There were a few items that would have helped secure an A+ experience. Front door outside light did not work. Commode in balcony room was wobbly. It would be a plus to have a handicap commode. There was no light fixture over dinning table.

Summary: Our time spent at The Summit allowed our family to gather together and enjoy our beach front accommodations!
