Just outside the hustle on the Santa Rosa Sound. This spacious family home is perched right between Navarre and Pensacola Beaches on the Emerald Coast. Launch your own Kayak or SUP at the community launch right outside of the driveway. Nestled amongst the foliage and pine trees makes you feel worlds away while only being 7 miles from the Navarre Beach Bridge. Gorgeous sound water views from the balcony. The possibilities are endless here. Go to one of the amazing sugar white sandy beaches nearby or enjoy a peaceful morning kayak/paddle board session on the sound, read a book in swinging hammock while gazing up at the towering pine trees, take a bike ride, play games with the fam around the table, go catch your own dinner deep sea fishing or go for an adventure filled day and rent jet ski’s, pontoon boat or take to the skies parasailing!
The Treehouse is 2500 SF and has very spacious living areas. Plenty of room for the family. Best suited for a MAX of 6 ADULTS.
Smart TV’s in the living room and master both with Apple TV’s so you can sign into your own streaming services. No cable on property. High speed internet up to 400 Mbps. Desk in living room with computer monitor.
Fully stocked kitchen with large conversation island. Reverse Osmosis filtered water system for drinking water, microwave, coffee pot, coffee grinder, toaster, baking dishes, crock pot, etc... huge dining room with ample seating.
Large screened porch and deck wraps around the home for easy access to the front & back. The 2 guest bedrooms and guest bathroom are located on the second floor. Both rooms have very comfortable queen beds plus one room has a futon (4th bed). The 3rd floor contains the large and private master suite with balcony and water views. Additional seating and hang out area underneath the home along with a fire pit.
BOATS & JET SKI's:
If you would like to bring your own boat or jet ski's please contact the host with the length and details prior to bringing anything onto the property. Closest public boat launch is roughly a mile away plus Navarre Beach and Pensacola Beach launch for larger boats. No launch or dock on the property but room for the boat/trailer parking.
Things to note:
-There are 3 flights of stairs. Main living areas located up one flight of stairs from the parking. Guest bedrooms are located up an additional flight of stairs from the living area and the master suite is located up 2 additional flights of stairs from the living areas.
-Master suite is located on the 4th floor by itself but no actual door to the master bedroom portion.
-Narrow hallways upstairs near bedrooms.
- The property is set up for a max of 6 adults but can have an additional 2 children for a total of 8 guests.
-The home is a 3 bedroom home. Master Bedroom - 1 king bed, Guest Room #1 - 1 queen bed, Guest Room #2 - 1 queen bed plus futon.
-Exterior security cameras on the property.
-No events or any extra guests besides those listed on the reservation are allowed at the property without prior permission from host.
-NO EVENTS
-NO PETS
-Quiet time after 9pm outdoors. The home is located in a residential community and not vacation rental community.You will find peace and quiet at the Treehouse and we expect that our guests extend the same courtesy to our neighbors. This includes loud conversations or music at the fire pit or in the screened porch to be moved inside after 9 pm. No loud music at any time.
-Boats/jet ski's allowed with prior approval from host.
-The home includes starter supplies only. Guests to bring their own once supplies once starter supplies are used. Supplies include: TP, paper towels, trash bags, shampoo, conditioner, etc...
-Electric Vehicle charging with a NEMA 14-50 (50 Amp) 4 prong receptacle.
