No smoking allowed in room. Guests who smoke or use vapor type devices in rooms will be charged an additional $200 fee for cleaning and restoration. Under no circumstances is smoking permitted inside. Smoking is only permitted outside on the premises if the home's policy allows. No Smoking Policies are strictly enforced. Violations will result in charges to guest for additional cleaning and could result in eviction of guests without refund and/or negation of rental in future.
Dog friendly for up to 3 dogs allowed with paid pet rent of $25.00 per dog per night reserved plus tax. Premises that allow pets only allow friendly, housebroken, flea free dogs over 12 months old that are on a veterinarian approved monthly flea/tick treatment and prevention program. Birds, cats, and all other pets are prohibited. Families that bring dogs are required to follow pet policies and pay non-refundable pet rent for each dog as applicable with their reservations. Unauthorized pets shall result in eviction and/or at Carolina Retreats' sole discretion double pet rent plus tax per reserved night payable on demand for each pet. Policies are strictly enforced.
Partial Week Getaways: Permitted with minimum 2 night stay in advance with any arrival and departure day year-round.

Summary: This seems like a great location and the condo itself was cute and very well done. Unfortunately, it is so loud at the property overnight that we could not sleep and had to leave a day early to stay somewhere else. You can hear people banging, yelling, talking, and sounds that sound like broken dishes or glass being dumped several times overnight. Also, the listing stated there was streaming capability and cable TV, neither of which would work. We were not able to use the television at all, despite trying to sign in on the properties Wi-Fi, and attempting to use our phones as hotspots as well. The pull out sofa bed had dirty sheets and crumbs on it when we arrived and unfolded it. The Keurig also had mold in the water tank. Otherwise it was very clean. It was a non-smoking room, however, every time you walk out the door, you are hit with a wall of strong smelling smoke from people smoking outside their doors all over the property. Due to having a young child with us, this made it an unhealthy place for us to stay.
