The space
A modern but zen vacationers paradise located in East Pompano Beach! Our home has been fully remodeled from top to bottom. Luxury finishes throughout the home. The rooms are very spacious and are outfitted with high quality mattresses as we know sleep and recovery is one of the most important parts of a trip! With 2 living rooms it gives everybody plenty of space to lounge and have space around the home to enjoy without being cluttered! This beautiful residence is ideal for: families, short or long trips, pool vacations, and folks who appreciate the outdoor bbq space to live, laugh and enjoy while they soak up some South Florida sun or a convenient beach day!

•2nd LIVING ROOM:
-features a modern white stone entertainment center with large Smart TV, plenty of natural light, a bar seating area, and a board game/lounge area.
•INDOOR KITCHEN:
-features quartz countertops, stainless steel refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, glass cooktop, blender, Keurig coffee maker (with coffee), toaster, dinnerware plates/silverware/glasses. Tons of cutting boards, mixing bowls, pots, pans, and utensils.
•OUTDOOR KITCHEN:
-features a large gas BBQ (gets very hot very quickly, BE CAREFUL), white quarts countertops, outdoor refrigerator/freezer, built in cooler on counter tops, fully functional sink.
-Nobody under 18 operating grill area.
•PRIVATE POOL/OUTSIDE PLAY GROUND:
-features gas heater if needed for pool (small charge does apply if heater used, refer to welcome packet upon check in)

-Central air conditions with mini split in 2nd back living room. (Home gets VERY COLD, brand new A/C)
• ESSENTIALS:
Shampoo, Conditioner, Bodywash, dish soap, laundry detergent, hairdryer, Linens, bath towels, pool towels, iron, ironing board, pots, pans and utensils all included.
Guest access
Guests have 100% access to the entire property.
Other things to note
AIR-CONDITIONING: The thermostat can be adjusted by sliding your finger up and down on the right hand side of the Nest thermostat to the comfort level of our guests. There is an additional A/C split unit in the 2nd back living room if needed. A wireless remote is there to adjust the A/C split unit.
POOL SERVICE: The pool is serviced on a weekly basis. This may occur during your stay. Which means someone will be in the backyard for approximately 30 minutes while they clean it. There is a net provided for guests on the side of the home if needed during your stay. PLEASE DO NOT TOUCH THE POOL PUMP, HEATER OR LIGHT, everything is setup on an auto schedule including pool light.
LAWN & LANDSCAPING: The lawn and landscaping is maintained weekly. While I do my best to have this serviced between guests, it is not always an option. There are trees and landscaping around the pool that looks beautiful! However because of that, occasionally there may be a couple leaves in the pool. We unfortunately are not a hotel that has on sight 24/7 maintenance to remove every leave the minute it blows in but we promise to do our best for things to be manicured as often as possible.
