This east facing villa offers 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, two of which are ensuite. There is also a den with a full sofa bed so the villa could sleep 8 comfortably. Cathedral ceilings dominate the living room and there is access to the pool area from 3 parts of the house. A large well-appointed kitchen and utility room with a double garage. The master bedroom has a king bed with a flat screen tv and an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower. Bedroom two has a queen bed with ensuite bath (which also serves as a pool bath), a flat screen tv and a walk-in shower. Bedroom 3 has two twin beds. The third bathroom has a tub/shower combination.
Situated roughly 1 hour from Southwest Florida International Airport, 1.5 hours from Tampa International Airport and 3 miles as the crow flies from over 20 miles of beautiful Gulf of Mexico beaches where boat hire, kayaking, fishing, jet skis are just a few of the activities available.
Orlando, home to some of the best theme parks in the world and of course home to Walt Disney World, Universal Studios Florida and SeaWorld is roughly a 3 hour drive by car from the villa. Disney and Universal need no explanation, they all have something for all the family to enjoy.
Busch Gardens is a unique theme park by Florida standards and is a 2 hour drive. Its home to some of the best rollercoasters in the world while also being Tampa s largest zoo with over 200 species of animals, many of which are endangered.
Englewood offers excellent shopping, outlet mall shopping and live music next to the beach or in town.
If you don t fancy the excitement of what some consider Florida to be best known for, then Southwest Florida is also home to a diverse ecosystem of wildlife. From turtles nesting on the magnificent beaches, panthers and bobcats live in the protected areas of Rotonda and gators have been known to laze on the banks of the waterways around Rotonda. If you are lucky, you may see dolphins playing just offshore at any of the local beaches where you can also hire boats, kayaks, jet skis, and take fishing trips out into the Gulf. There are manatee trips to view these graceful creatures. A boat trip to Key West is also possible from Fort Myers and a wonderful opportunity to experience the US s most southerly point. The Everglades are also within easy reach by car and an airboat ride is a must not miss experience.
Then when your days are over you can return to the spacious electric heated pool overlooking the golf course that the villa backs onto and watch the sun set, usually with a stunning array of colors. The pool area and patio will get the sun most of the day and a sun downer watching the sun set is a daily delight.
