Enjoy the huge private balcony with unbelievable views!!! The private 3 car garage is great for beach gear or to park those rented golf carts and scooters. The garage offers an exterior keypad with code for easy access. There are 2 additional parking spots outside the garage.
Upon arrival, guests will have access to the garage door opener for even faster access!
The kitchen is fully stocked and has seating for 10.
Beach access is just 50 feet away! Beautiful views from just about every room. This condo is a great place to relax and rewind.

NICE THINGS TO KNOW ABOUT SUGAR SANDS:
1.) This is a small complex. Made up of only 4 total units. No crowds and a private garage. Please note we have a small residential elevator to ride in or to send your bags up.
2.) The beach access is located in a quiet part of the beach. There are no high rises in this area, so the beach tends to be less crowded. This is great for those trying to keep their distance during this time.
FUN NEARBY ATTRACTIONS:
* This unit is located 2.5 miles away from Pier Park.
* Shipwreck Waterpark is 1.5 miles away.
* There are several restaurants within walking distance:
Nick's Pizza, Salty Goat Saloon, Captain Jack's, and more. We enjoy walking to Riviera Creamery for ice cream.
* MB Miller County Pier is less than a mile away. If you enjoy fishing or taking a walk on the pier.
