The guest bedroom sleeps 4 with two sets of new twin bunk beds. The new sofa sleeper has a queen size mattress. Perfect for larger families! There is a hall bath for use of the guest room and living room. The kitchen is newly remodeled and open to the dining room and living area. The balcony stretches the entire length of the villa and has a new table and 4 chairs, perfect for morning coffee and sunrises! The view is amazing from the 4th floor and the Beach is just steps away! There's plenty of things to do if you wish and the white sandy beaches are a great place to relax the day away and enjoy your vacation!

Summary: Excellent location, 5 minute walk and you're ready to set up on the beach for the day! Space was a little tight for a family of 6, but adequate. Dishwasher was not working during our 5 night stay, nor was the wifi/internet, which was very disappointing during a rainy day since none of the tv's could be used. Beach chairs, umbrella, and boogie boards were nice to have on hand. would recommend based on the 2 items above being fixed.
