The first level features an open living, dining and kitchen layout with magnificent water views. The kitchen was renovated in the last two years with custom cabinets, granite countertops, and high end appointments. A sunroom is just off the living room with views of the garden. The master suite overlooks the water and as a bonus has a porch for romantic evenings. Two additional bedrooms are on the first floor.
