"Trifecta West" by Holiday Beach Rentals is a beachfront luxury home featuring 10 bedrooms, 10.5 bathrooms, luxury linens from Peacock Alley, private pool, a fabulous game room, indoor elevator and amazing beachfront views! This home is located on the west end of Panama City Beach and is a prime spot for your beach vacation.
The first floor features the game room with a pool table along with 2 TV's and an additional table to play various games. As an added convenience there is also a kitchenette area that leads out to the pool. You'll also find the first set of bedrooms featuring a queen over king bunk room and then an additional bunk room featuring 3 sets of twin over twin of bunk beds sleeping up to 6 people!
Head up to the second floor where you will find the main kitchen that features 2 refrigerators, 2 ovens, a gas stove, 2 dining tables and a large living area. There will be 1 king bedroom and 1 twin over twin bunk bedroom both with en-suite bathrooms as well. A full-size washer/dryer are also located on this floor.
The third-floor features 4 bedrooms; 2 kings with (one with an ocean view and one street view), and 2 bunk bedrooms all with en-suite bathrooms. This floor also has another washer/dryer.
The top floor has a huge king master with separate seating area with an en-suite bathroom and ocean views. The other side of the beautiful home is a large room that includes two queen beds.
A FEW THINGS TO MAKE NOTE OF:
This home features an indoor elevator for quick and convenient access between the first three floors. This is especially helpful for anyone who may have difficulty with stairs. Please note that the elevator does not reach the fourth floor.
Your pool is heated! We aren't talking about hot-tub style temperature or anything, it has the ability to heat up to 85 degrees. However, this feature is something our team must activate for you, so be sure to let us know ahead of time if you feel you're going to need it during you stay.
The Beach! "Trifecta West" has direct beach access with a private boardwalk.

Trifecta West requires a 7 night minimum stay for all reservations during the check-in/checkout schedule below:

Summer: May 23 - August 1 (Saturday-Saturday)
A vacation rental lease agreement will be sent to you upon confirmation of your reservation and is due within 72 hours of booking. A credit card is required to be put on file. Some other important items to remember:
No Pets: Pets are NOT permitted in or on the premises of any Management's properties. Violation of this policy will result in a $1,000.00 pet fee, per pet, that will be charged to Guest's credit card on file. Additionally, Guest's credit card on file may be charged extra cleaning fees to include but not limited to; extermination fee, deep clean fee, odor, and dander removing fee, and animal hair removal fee. If a Guest needs to bring a service animal who has been trained to do work or perform tasks for a disability, Management MUST be notified at the time of booking and proper paperwork will be required upon request. Guest is responsible for picking up animal waste and keeping the animal on a leash at all times. Guest will be responsible and liable for any damages caused by a service animal to reservation property or its contents. Emotional support animals are not service animals, and therefore not permitted.
No Smoking or Illegal Drug Use: Smoking and illegal drug use is not permitted in or on the premises of any Management rental properties to include but not limited to porches, pool decks, balconies, and driveways. Violation of this policy will result in immediate eviction of Guest and a $1,000.00 fee will be charged to Guest's credit card on file. If evidence or indications of smoking or of illegal drug use are found in or on reservation property during or after reservation occupancy period, this will be deemed by Management as a violation to this policy and this Agreement. All smoking devices are prohibited including but not limited to; the use of vape pens, e-cigs, pipes, hookah, marijuana smoking devices, or any drug paraphernalia.
Age Requirements: The primary guest must be 25 or older and must occupy the property for the entire stay, including overnight and whenever guests under 25 are present. For every three guests aged 24 or younger, at least one parent or guardian (25+) must be present and staying at the property. Violations will result in immediate eviction without refund. Management reserves the right to inspect the property at any time.
Listings / Pricing:
All information regarding property listings is believed accurate but cannot be guaranteed. Availability, rates, furnishings, accommodations, fees, and taxes are live and therefore subject to change without notice. Rarely, systems or sites will quote a reservation improperly. This being the case, Management reserves the right to make corrections to the improper booking, listing, or reservation quote. Management will contact the Guest within 48 business hours of reservation booking to make the necessary corrections or cancel Guest's reservation.
Promotional Offers & Discounts: ALL discounted rate changes, specials, and promotional offers are NON-TRANSFERRABLE and will ONLY be applied to new bookings. Modifications made to Guest's reservation may deem discounted rate changes, specials, or promotional offers invalid and no longer applicable to Guest's updated reservation. Guest understands and accepts that said inaccuracies will not result in any offered credits, discounts, or adjustments to correct rates or information.
