The home offers a fully equipped kitchen and dining for six, plus a two-seat breakfast bar, smart TVs in the living room and all bedrooms for easy streaming, a king bed in the primary suite, a queen bed in one guest room, and two twin beds in the other. There is a security camera at the outdoor front entrance and one in the owner's secure storage space. Smoking is not permitted. This home is pet friendly, allowing up to two dogs with a non-refundable pet fee of $250. Utilities are included within reason, but any water usage over $250 will be billed to the guest. A $55 Damage Waiver Insurance is required to protect both guest and owner. All reservations are subject to final approval by the local Rental Manager, and online bookings are accepted with Rental Manager approval within 24 hours. There is a 4% credit card processing fee. The vacation rental contract must be signed and returned after speaking with the Rental Manager for the reservation to be confirmed.
