Summary: We had 3 couples and 4 children in the group and there was plenty of room for all to comfortably sleep. Great layout overall. BEAUTIFUL back yard and a fun pool. Close to grocery store, restaurants, airport and freeway. Quiet safe neighborhood with ample parking.
