Welcome to our newly renovated family-friendly pool house in South Tampa! Perfectly equipped with modern amenities and this versatile space features a brand new kitchen, huge pool, fully fenced backyard, remote work space, and a washer and dryer. If you are looking to stay in a peaceful suburban setting in close proximity to Tampa’s best attractions as well as the unforgettable beaches of St. Petersburg and Clearwater, this is the spot. This home is centrally located in South Tampa near Downtown Tampa and St Pete. This home is just minutes from Bayshore Blvd, Riverwalk & located perfectly to take Gandy Bridge to all Beaches.
We provide a starter supply of liquid soap, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, dish soap, dishwasher soap, paper towels, toilet paper, and garbage bags.
We take exceptional pride in our cleaning staff. Since the start of the pandemic, our cleaning protocols have been updated to comply with the CDC. Our cleaning fee is slightly higher than our competitors because we are proud to pay our cleaning staff a living wage and they always do an impeccable job for us.

• Pool isn't heated. Persons less than 14 years of age must always have adult supervision.
• Lawn Care: Scheduled bi-weekly. They will not knock on your door to notify you of their presence or take permission.

• For optimal pool cleanliness, we provide a pool vacuum. We would greatly appreciate it if you could put back the pool vacuum in the pool when you are done using the pool.
• Please don't eat/drink in beds, as this leads to irreversible stains. Claims will be made.
• The use of Glitter/Confetti will lead to an extra cleaning fee.
• Please note that an extra charge will be claimed for each remote loss.
• Please take care of the furnishings. Claims will be made.
• Ice maker isn't functional.
• There shall be a mid-stay inspection for quality and safety purposes from our team member for stays that are over 14 days or more.
• Please note that an additional cleaning fee of $110.00 will be charged for any stays lasting longer than 28 nights. This fee will be collected after your booking is confirmed. Must be paid before your check-in date.
• Please note that we cannot be held responsible for any water or electricity outages caused by the city. We will do our best to assist you during these circumstances, but please understand that it is beyond our control. As such, we regret to inform you that we cannot provide refunds for any inconveniences caused by such outages.
