The building the condo is in is the closet one to the beach path reserved for Oceanwalk residents and guests. The path leads to a beautiful area of the "no drive" beach. The building is also right next to one of two clubhouses, each with a pool and exercise facilities. As you enter the condo, you will immediately feel the high ceilings and open floor plan. The tile entrance leads to the dining and living areas as well as the kitchen. The kitchen has beautiful granite counters and real wood cabinets. A large breakfast bar with bar stools makes a great centralized conversation area. Large sliding glass doors in the living room lead to roomy balcony with a beautiful partial view of the ocean! The master bedroom has sliding glass doors that lead to the balcony as well. The master bathroom has a jetted tub, a standing shower, granite-top vanity and double sinks. The second bedroom has twin bunk beds, plus another bed. There is an in-unit laundry room with washer and dryer.
