LIVING AREA
Arched doorways, vaulted ceilings, sleek wood flooring, equine-inspired decor, and an abundance of natural light give the ample living space distinct personality. Seat up to seven guests on a couch and four armchairs. Watch your favorite shows on a 64” flat-screen Smart TV with DirecTV. Bask in the warm glow of a gas fireplace.
KITCHEN & DINING
Home chefs will love the spacious open kitchen, outfitted with a beautiful bay window and recently updated granite countertops. A full suite of kitchen appliances includes a dishwasher and an electric range.
A formal dining area seats up to 10, and a breakfast nook for four offers charming views of the countryside.
BEDROOMS & BATHS
This two-story home sleeps up to 12 guests between the four bedrooms and a loft.
The master bedroom has a California king-size bed, a 64” flat-screen Smart TV with DirecTV, and a cushioned bench. The en-suite bathroom has a double vanity, a walk-in shower, and a water closet with a pedestal sink.
The second and third bedrooms both have king-size beds and en-suite bathrooms containing tub/shower combinations.
A fourth guest room features three twin-size beds and an en-suite bathroom with a tub/shower combination.
The loft has two queen-size beds and an armchair.
A half bath located inside the laundry area offers added convenience.
OUTDOOR AREAS
There’s room for your entire group on a sprawling front porch that seats up to 15 on a combination of benches, chairs, and a hanging swing. Enjoy a refreshing beverage around the fire pit, complete with seating for six.
NOTE: Horses may be present on property in a fenced area away from the house. Please do not feed horses! If you touch the horses, it is at your own risk.
