• Guest Registration Required - Ramsgate Harbour requires that all rental guests register via an online system (Guest Services). Registration is $35 and includes one electronic parking permit. Each additional parking permit is $35.
• E-signed Rental Agreement required upon booking; a 3-day grace period for e-signature.
• Credit card payments: 2nd payment (due 60 days from stay) automatically collected.
• A $250 Security Deposit "Hold" will be placed on your card that is on file 5 days prior to arrival. Holds are released within 2 days of departure, often the same day.
