Cancellation Policy: A non-refundable payment of $300 is required at the time of booking. Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay, that are made within thirty (30) days of the arrival date, forfeit the entire reservation amount while cancellations made more than thirty (30) days in advance of your arrival only forfeit the $300 payment made at the time of booking. For reservations that are at least thirty (30) nights, the cancellation policy above increases to sixty (60) days prior to the arrival date. We do offer travel insurance.

Summary: This may be one of our favorite VRBOs yet! It was very clean and well-stocked, from soaps, shampoos and bath gels, to 4 different ways to make coffee! They even already had some cooking spices (which we usually spend too much money on each trip, so this was much appreciated). Some bathroom floors are heated, and there was plenty of firewood on the back porch should you want to enjoy a fire. The washer and drier are full-sized with laundry detergent pods available. There were multiple streaming services, and we were able to sync our Amazon account to watch Thursday Night Football. It's less than a 5 minute walk to the East Vail bus stop, and just one stop away from the Village. Word to the wise, take the Aspen Lane stop on the way back and walk a couple of extra minutes; it'll save you about 30 minutes on the bus ride back. We loved this condo!
