This charming and free-standing well-maintained Villa within a 55+ community offers three spacious bedrooms, with two en suite master bedrooms located to the right and left of the front door. Both have walk-in closets and tile floors. Providing an extremely well appointed comfortable living space for you and your guests to enjoy. This open-concept layout invites you in, with a bright and airy living area that seamlessly connects to the open living/dining space to the Florida room leading to a lanai thats literally a few steps directly to the pool. This is one of the only Villas that has direct access to the pool area. It feels almost as if is your own private pool. The hidden lanai offers a peaceful retreat where you can savor your morning coffee or unwind in the evening. This community boasts lush landscaping with lots of amenities include all exterior maintenance, landscaping, basic cable, community pool and more. Picture yourself in this home in the heart of Venice. Don't miss the opportunity to make this delightful property your seasonal getaway.
