The quintessential large Southern porch is an ideal spot from which to watch the day roll by. On each floor, you'll find a formal dining room that is open to the fully-equipped kitchens. Whoever is the cook in the family will enjoy having a gas stove, and an ample amount of counter space to prepare meals! The stylishly appointed living spaces offers comfortable seating, flatscreen televisions, and a decorative fireplace that is original to the home.
Down the hall of each apartment you'll find the guest bedrooms, three upstairs and three downstairs. Conveniently located between the bedrooms, a full-size bathroom with a shower and tub combination, plus washer and dryer can be found. Downstairs, The first room offers a queen size bed, with a spacious closet for your belongings, and an original fireplace. Toward the back of the home guests can locate the primary bedroom that features a comfortable King size bed, an abundant amount of natural light, and access to the porch. Opposite of the primary bedroom, the third bedroom is fitted with a queen! Head upstairs, and find that the three bedrooms all feature queen beds, with an identical layout as downstairs.
